

Southpointe - Cecil Township, PA
One of Millcraft’s crowning achievements in Real Estate development was the successful master planning and development of Southpointe. Southpointe is likely Western Pennsylvania’s most recognized and successful mixed used park. With nearly $600,000,000 invested in Southpointe from the private and public sector, the park is now employing over 6,000 people and has over 2,500 individuals living within its confines. The vision and investment of over $100 million from Millcraft Industries made this private/public partnership a success.

Fifth and Market Project - Downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Phase One - Piatt Place
Piatt Place is the transformation of the former Lazarus building into a 7 story, steel structure which rests atop a three story underground parking garage with a capacity for approximately 500 cars. The building is located strategically at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Wood Street, a major thoroughfare in the central business district of the City of Pittsburgh. The project is a combination of 180,000 square feet of first class office space, 50,000 square feet of store front retail and 65 upscale condominium units. Our current retail and office tenants are The Capital Grille, McCormick & Schmick’s, TD Ameritrade, the Commonwealth of PA, Izzazu Spa and Salon and the Doncaster Boutique of Fifth.
Phase Two - Market Square Place
Completed in early 2010, Market Square Place is the historic rehabilitation of the former G. C. Murphy building. This project will offer 65,000 square feet of retail, which includes a 45,000 square ft. YMCA, and 46 loft style rental apartments.
Phase Three - The Gardens
In phase 3 of the Fifth and Market revitalization project, Millcraft is proposing “The Gardens ”. The Gardens project, which will be designed to be LEED certified, will be comprised of up to 125 apartments and condos and approximately 50,000 square feet of destination retail. It is estimated that this project will be completed in 2013 for a cost of nearly $65 million.
Rivervue - Downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Rivervue is the adaptive re-use of the former Commonwealth of PA office building located across from Point State Park in the Golden Triangle. This renaissance era building will undergo a top to bottom transformation into 220 apartment units that cost over $40 million and will add life to Point State Park; one of Pittsburgh's most beautiful assets. The residents that call Rivervue home will afford one of the most convenient locations in the city and experience some of the best views that our wonderful city has to offer. Construction begins in the Fall of 2010.
The Crossroads Project - Downtown Washington, PA
The Crossroads is a $100 Million renovation of the streets of Downtown Washington, PA and consists of street front retail, new office space, a new 800 car parking garage and an outdoor amphitheater. Phase one of this project was completed with construction of the Crossroads Garage and the building known as 95 West Beau Street which is now ready for occupancy.
