Southpointe

One of Millcraft’s crown achievements in Real Estate was the successful master plan and development of Southpointe.  Southpointe is Western Pennsylvania’s most recognized and successful mixed used park.  With nearly $500,000,000 invested in Southpointe from the private and public sector, the park is now employing over 6,000 people and has over 2,500 individuals living within its confines.  The vision and investment of over $100 million from Millcraft Industries made this private/public partnership a success.
